No rehearsed demo, no fictional brand, no cherry-picked data. We took a real program, opened Alfie on a blank screen, and built the whole recruiting campaign for it in front of everyone. Whether you were in the room or you are catching up, it is all below.

Most product webinars show you a polished demo of a brand that does not exist. This one used a real program, chosen from the people in the room.
One URL off the registration list. No pitch deck, no call, no obligation, and no vetting beyond making sure the program was live.
We chose a program that was real, varied enough to be interesting, and not so niche that the room could not relate. The brand was told first and nobody else found out until we opened the session.
Blank account, nothing pre-loaded, no script. The submitter walked away with a campaign already running. Everyone watching sees exactly what they would get by signing up today.
Advanced Campaigns, recorded in the product
Beth drove Alfie, Dustin narrated, and neither of them skipped the parts that are slow.
What the brand sells, who buys it, what the commission looks like. Described the way you would describe it to a headhunter, not typed into a keyword box.
Content, cashback, coupon, newsletter, lead gen. The room votes on which type to target, then geography and audience filters get adjusted live so you can see the controls are real.
Partners Alfie already knows next to fresh finds from the open web, in one list, each with a 0 to 100 fit score, a confidence rating and a badge for where it came from. Beth reads the good ones and the bad ones out loud.
Likely contacts at each partner, with titles and the reason each was surfaced. Correct anything that is wrong, then choose who belongs in the outreach.
An opener drafted from that partner's own content, follow-ups and spacing set in the same pass, and a full preview of what each recipient receives before a single email leaves.
The campaign went live on camera and we pulled up the queue to prove it was running. Beth then previewed what is in development, and the last few minutes belonged to the room, with Matt on for the wider questions.
Product view, sample data
Advanced Campaigns, Contact Management and Sequencing were built to work as one motion. Here is the part of each that nothing else does.
Say what a great partner looks like once, category, how they drive traffic, country, audience, reach, and Alfie answers with partners it already knows next to fresh finds from the open web, in the same list, scored the same way. Everywhere else that is two tools and a spreadsheet to reconcile them.
Big partners never keep every decision in one inbox. Alfie holds the partnerships lead, the account manager and the editor on one record, then runs the sequence for each of them as a separate email that reads like it was written for one person, because it was. When a real reply lands the partner is flagged for you, and the moment you take over, every other sequence on that partner pauses.
Not a merge field with their first name in it. Alfie writes the opener off what that partner actually publishes, and you read the entire sequence exactly as it will land before you approve it. Recruits are sent to your own program signup link, and greetings go to the verified person on the record, so nobody opens with "Hello CNET".
Previewed near the end of the session, by the person building it, with the room free to ask about it.
One account holding many brands and many people, with visibility that follows assignment.
An agency runs every brand it manages from one place, rather than logging in and out all day.
Per-user profiles and signatures, so outreach comes from the person who owns the relationship.
Affiliate Manager and Manager of Affiliate Managers to start, each seeing only the advertisers they own.
Alfie's main function is to find affiliate partners that are relevant to the brand's niche. With the Big 3 shipped it does that better than anything else on the market right now, and it gets better by the day. Come and hold us to it. Dustin Howes, host
The session closed on a sign-up offer for the people in the room. If you are coming to it through the recording, you can still start free from this page.
Three people who can answer the question in front of them without taking it away to check.
Matt runs the business side of XPFlow. He was on for the questions behind the product: why recruiting stayed manual this long, what changes for agencies, and where this goes next.
Sixteen years on the recruiting side of affiliate marketing. He ran the session, picked the program, and says out loud where the software stops and your judgment starts.
Beth knows Advanced Campaigns better than anyone. She drove the product on screen and explained what Alfie was doing, and why, while it was doing it.
Two customers on what changed once the recruiting work stopped being manual.
"I went from a day a month in spreadsheet hell to five minutes a day. Alfie finds the leads, writes the emails, and automates the whole process."
Lynn Power"One of the few that actually earned a permanent spot in my stack."
